What are you proposing to do?

 Request delegation of the decision to express an interest as part of a wider cooperative which includes 14 neighbouring Local Authorities to be part of the second phase of testing Regional Care Cooperatives

Why are you proposing this? What are the desired outcomes?

RCC’s form part of the social care reforms, being a part of a cooperative that is testing models of delivery allows the opportunity to influence the models that will be rolled out nationally. The delegation of this decision allows for dialogue with the other LA before the EOI has to be submitted on 22/5/26.
